Other courses during 2015 included container stacking, different vessel specifications and best practice in handling a variety of cargoes.Developing the skillsetThe Department is continually evaluating its training plans, adapting them as necessary and responding to specific needs as the market dictates. It is also collaborating with other stakeholders where appropriate.A case in point is equipment training.
